Bidding Opportunities

Webcor seeks Trade Contractors with significant experience with high-rise buildings and complex projects located in an urban environment including the engineering, coordination, procurement and complete installation of their respective systems.

All bidders who wish to submit a bid for this project must be pre-qualified by submitting a Request for Qualification document.

Subcontractors will be allowed to have second-tier and third-tier subcontractors in order to meet the City's Local Business Enterprise (LBE) participation goals; these second-tier and third-tier subcontractors do not need to respond to an RFQ but should attend the Pre-Bid conferences held for each Bid Package. See below for more detail on the LBE requirement.

Sealed Bid Proposals shall be delivered to Department of Works (DPW) 875 Stevenson Street-Room 420 San Francisco, Ca 94103 in accordance with exhibit F of the bid package

Webcor will be bidding the following trade packages (items shown in blue have been bid):

*The Webcor Jobsite Conference room is located on the SFGH Campus at 1001 Potrero Ave in San Francisco. Bldg 40 2nd floor
